How Do I make payments for my Account?

1. Go to your M-PESA menu and select Lipa na M-PESA. 2. Select Paybill. 3. Enter Business Number: 604595. 4. Enter Account Number: Use your SP—– 5. Enter the amount and your M-PESA PIN to complete the transaction.

Your payment is generally due every 30 days from your last payment date. Sprinkville Networks sends automated SMS reminders to your registered phone number a few days before your subscription expires to notify you of the due date and the amount required to renew.

If you are moving to an area within our coverage (such as Limuru, Thome, Roaster, Chuka, Narok, Githurai or Kahawa West.): 1. Notify customer support at least one week in advance. 2. A technician will perform a site survey at your new location. 3. A Relocation Fee (typically around Ksh 1,500) may apply for moving and re-installing the equipment at the new premises.
